Hey ya’ll! Comin attcha with one winery we frequent quite often ~ Blenheim Vineyards! Blenheim is a beautiful winery and vineyard. The tasting room opened in 2001 and was designed by Dave Matthews (yea, THAT Dave Matthews) and William Johnson. The building was deigned to have minimal impact in the environment. Their tasting is $10 for five wines and the wine glass. If you visit, bring back your wine glass to get a free tasting! This option is only available Monday – Thursday. Blenheim is open daily 11-5:30.

Inside, you walk in and have a beautiful view overlooking the vineyard and mountains. The building is unique because the wine production is under the tasting room. When you walk through the tasting room you can look down through the floor to see the steel tanks and barrels.

Okay now on to the important topic… WINE. We have so many favorites but recently we loved their Sauv Blanc ~ I loved the grapefruit notes. We also digged their Rosé and Painted Red. One of the most unique things we love about Blenheim are their growlers! They always have a white blend and red blend on tap. Recently they had their Rosé on tap! YUM! We always fill up our growler and hang out outside. They have seating right outside their tasting room and under their newer pavilion. Again, the views are fab and the wine is great. What more can you ask for?

Sips and Trips Tip ~ Blenheim is close to a lot of wineries! While you plan your visit, hit up Trump Vineyards, Jefferson Vineyards and Gabriele Rausse.
